1. This offer of premium is available to those consumer customers who have successfully subscribed to and installed designated HKT Fixed Line Service with a designated commitment period for designated areas and residential buildings.
2. You will receive designated number of Clubpoints (“Relevant Clubpoints”) stated in “Premium(s)” above, which you may use to redeem (i) under “Exclusive Reward” in the The Club mobile app Exclusive Reward, which will enable you to redeem designated physical supermarket coupons ("Premium") within the designated period; or (ii) other reward(s) under the The Club mobile app.
3. HKT will send a premium redemption notification by SMS to your registered mobile number. If you would like to redeem the designated physical supermarket coupons, please do so in accordance with the instructions set out in the redemption notification. The Relevant Clubpoints will be credited to your The Club account approximately 4-6 weeks after full payment of the first bill (applicable to new customers) / after the commencement (applicable to existing customers) of your designated HKT Fixed Line Service. If you have not received that redemption notification, please call 1000 for enquiry or follow up within 3 months after full payment of the first bill / the commencement of your designated HKT Fixed Line Service, otherwise the Premium will be forfeited without notice and customers will not be compensated in any way. 4. Customers must register and activate The Club membership account in order to redeem the Premium or other reward(s) on The Club. The calculation and redemption of Clubpoints are subject to related terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited, service provider of The Club. For details, please visit The Club website www.theclub.com.hk.
5. Once the customer has redeemed the Exclusive Reward, please collect the Premium at one of the designated locations during the specified period, otherwise the Exclusive Reward will be invalid and the Premium will be forfeited after the designated period, and customer will not be compensated in any way. For the avoidance of doubt, holder of the Exclusive Reward will NOT be able to use it to purchase goods at the designated supermarket, and must first redeem the Exclusive Reward into physical supermarket coupons to be able to make purchase.
6. Rewards under The Club are subject to availability of stocks and the supermarket coupons redeemable with the Exclusive Reward above are based on the current Clubpoint redemption rates and are subject to change without prior notice.
7. If you choose to use the Relevant Clubpoints to redeem for any other reward(s) on The Club, you acknowledge and agree that you will no longer to be able to redeem the Exclusive Reward, and the Exclusive Reward will automatically be invalid and the supermarket coupons will be forfeited, and you will not be compensated in any way in terms of the Exclusive Reward and the supermarket coupons.
8. Upon confirmation of the Exclusive Reward redemption, no amendment or cancellation will be accepted. The Relevant Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club account upon redemption, and there will be no refund of any Clubpoints.
9. The Exclusive Reward and the supermarket coupons are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
10. The Exclusive Reward and the supermarket coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or returned; and will not be replaced if damaged.
11. By choosing this premium, customers agree that Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) will transfer their HKT Fixed Line Service customer information to Club HKT Limited for the purpose of arranging premium redemption. Customers may decide at their own discretion whether to allow HKT to provide the information to Club HKT Limited, but a failure to provide such information to Club HKT Limited will cause HKT and Club HKT Limited to be unable to process the premium redemption.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of HKT and/or Club HKT Limited is/are final, binding and conclusive.
