It has come to our attention that there have been recent attempts from unsolicited callers with voice recordings to induce sensitive customer information with fraudulent claims purporting the termination of your telephone service due to arrears or breakdown. HKT hereby clarifies that HKT has no connections with these callers and calls, and will not request any personal information from the customers through voice recording messages. HKT wishes to remind our customers not to disclose any personal or sensitive information in response to any suspicious calls or voicemails. Effective from 1 July 2020, eligible spending on HKT Home Phone Service, eye Service, IDD 0060 / 0062 and Fixed Line IDD 001/002 Service will no longer earn Clubpoints, but the validity of any Clubpoints earned by existing members of The Club prior to that date will not be affected.
