- IDD 0060 Service Notice: Starting from January 2024, with an aim to protecting the interests of customers, if a mobile phone or a fixed-line phone provided by a non-HKT network provider has been registered with IDD 0060 service but the IDD 0060 service has not been used for over 24 months, we reserve the rights to terminate the IDD 0060 service and/or the related account without further notice. If necessary, customers please contact our Customer Service Representatives to re-activate the IDD 0060 service.
- HKT Important Notice: Please note that starting from April 2025, payment mode of the monthly fees for IDD 0060 Fixed Term Plan will gradually be changed to in advance, and the bill cut-off date will be changed to the same date as your Fixed Line Service. Your monthly eligible call minutes entitlement will remain unchanged, while the current thereafter rate will be HK$0.63 per minute (until further notice). For inquiries, please call HKT Consumer Service Hotline on 1000.
- HKT Important Notice: Please note that effect from 1 January 2025, HKT Home Phone service will be billed monthly instead of quarterly gradually, while the billing cutoff date and the registered payment method will remain unchanged. Please contact our HKT Consumer Service Hotline 1000 to register the e-bill service for receiving the free bill. Currently, HK$10 will be charged for each paper bill.
- HKT Important Notice: HKT will provide designated existing HKT Home Phone customers with a free "Home Junk Call Blocking" service, starting in batches from mid-May 2024. If you do not wish to use this service, please call HKT’s Consumer Service Hotline 1000 to terminate the service. - [Service Notice]: The auto top-up service for csl prepaid SIM card (recharge transaction billed through HKT Home Phone service account) will be exited on 2 April 2024, and thereafter please arrange recharge of your prepaid SIM card via other recharge methods in order to extend the validity. - Starting from 1 May 2023, HK$10 will be charged for each paper bill for HKT Consumer customers. Please login My HKT website, APP or call 1000 to register eBill.
- Effective from 30 September 2021, Infoline Service will be terminated.
- Effective from 1 March 2021, Fax Billing Service of HKT Home Phone Service, eye Service and IDD Service will be terminated.
- HKT Important Notice: With effect from 1 April 2021, bills of HKT Fixed Line Service and IDD Service cannot be settled by Hongkong Post PayThruPost service. We offer many easy ways of settling your bills. Please click here for more details.
- Effective from 1 July 2020, eligible spending on HKT Home Phone Service, eye Service, IDD 0060 / 0062 and Fixed Line IDD 001/002 Service will no longer earn Clubpoints, but the validity of any Clubpoints earned by existing members of The Club prior to that date will not be affected.
