To redeem the Exclusive Reward, you must login with The Club account
(Customer should have successfully register The Club account before, so please do not re-apply for another account.)
Click “Forgot Account”, enter the required identity document information.
A verification code will be sent to your valid mobile number or email address (For any enquiry and amendment to your registered mobile number or email address, please call 183 3000.)
Enter that verification code
Click "Reset Password" and then enter your new password (a combination of 8 to 16 characters comprising letters and numbers)(e.g.: Abcd1234 or A1234567)
Login and activate your The Club membership account
Please ensure to activate your The Club membership before arriving at the redemption center in order to process the redemption successfully and to shorten your waiting time for redemption. If you cannot activate your The Club membership, please call 183 3000.
How to use The Club mobile App for Premium redemption?
Open The Club mobile app > Membership Page at bottom right corner > "Exclusive Rewards" select and redeem the relevant Club Exclusive Reward.
Registered customers must visit the designated redemption location, present their own HK Identity Card
and the redeemed relevant Club Exclusive Reward on The Club mobile app to redeem the premium
during the designated redemption period.
The redeemed Club Exclusive Reward can be found on The Club mobile app > "My Order" > select
relevant order > Open electronic redemption letter in “Ordered items” and show the
QR code to redeem the premium.
Would like to shorten the redemption process? Please login your Club Shopping account in advance and remain logged in while waiting in the redemption centers.
Delegation for Collection
Representative has to collect the premium within the designated redemption period. To protect interest of customer, Representative must present the below 4 documents when redeeming premium. Missing any one of the documents will not be accepted.
the designated Third Party Authorization Form
a photocopy of the registered customer's HK Identity Card
the Representative's HK Identity Card
Electronic redemption letter of the registered customer's redeemed relevant Club Reward (Print or mobile screenshot are both acceptable)
Before the Register customer authorized the Representative for redemption, must follow the above steps to activate The Club membership, otherwise the redemption would not be processed.
Special points to note for redemption
Please check availability of stocks at the designated redemption center prior to your visit.
A Customer who does not collect his/her premium within the designated redemption period shall be deemed to forfeit his/her premium, and customer will not be compensated in any way. The use of the subscribed service shall continue to be governed by the relevant terms and conditions.
Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("HKT") reserves the right to replace the premium with another gift without prior notice. HKT and Club HKT Limited ("The Club") are neither the manufacturer nor the supplier of the premium and shall not be responsible for any liabilities and compensation shall not be offered by HKT or The Club (including but not limited to premium liability, quality and maintenance).
HKT and/or The Club reserve the right of final decision.
