Aims to automatically block detected junk incoming calls made to your HKT Home Phone.

When customers newly subscribe to HKT Home Phone Service or renew their existing HKT Home Phone Service, they may choose to subscribe to Home Junk Call Blocking Service under their HKT Home Phone.
HKT will also provide Home Junk Call Blocking Service automatically for designated HKT Home Phone customers starting in batches from mid-May 2024.
If customers do not wish to use Home Junk Call Blocking Service, please call HKT’s Consumer Service Hotline 1000 to terminate the service.
